We had a lovely stay in a cabin that was cozy, with the added benefit of a great view of the lake from our room. The beds were rather comfortable, but the bathroom setup could use a bit of improvement for better functionality. Despite the warm temperatures during the day, we managed to stay cool at night. Overall, it was a great experience, but it would be nice to have a few more amenities for convenience.

Our cabin was clean and comfortable, although on the smaller side when the sofa sleeper was in use. The bathroom could use more hooks or shelves for added convenience.

The cabin was perfectly situated, close to the camp store and just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed watching the paddlers from our cabin.

While we dined at the main restaurant and enjoyed tasty meals, we didn't have a chance to explore dining options extensively due to circumstances.

The facilities were satisfactory, with a nice picnic table outside our cabin and easy access to the beach. However, it would be great to have more options for activities on-site.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Lake McDonald Lodge. The atmosphere felt like stepping back in time, and the stunning views made it even better! While the cabin was a bit small and the wait for dining could be lengthy, the charm and access to the park made it worth it. I genuinely loved the shared spaces, especially the warm fireplace in the lodge. It's a great value if you're looking for an enjoyable stay in Glacier National Park.

We stayed in one of the small cabin units, which was clean and functional but a bit cramped. There wasn’t much space to sit other than on the bed, but it worked for our needs during our two-night stay.

I had a mixed experience at Lake McDonald Lodge. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was charming, making it a cozy dining spot. However, the heavy restrictions imposed by the park service affected our overall stay and made it less enjoyable. The location is stunning, but I would recommend checking on current policies before visiting.

We absolutely loved the appetizer plate at the restaurant, especially the cold smoked salmon. Our main courses were also quite good, but there was a notable wait time due to a staffing issue. Overall, the food was definitely a highlight.

Unfortunately, we encountered a lot of restrictions, such as no fires in the lodge and limited dining options. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the facilities.

My stay at Lake McDonald Lodge was a mix of nostalgia and some modern challenges. The environment is truly enchanting, surrounded by nature and maintaining its historic charm. While the room was cozy and quieter than the hotel, it was smaller than I anticipated. The dining experience exceeded my expectations on the last night, despite earlier complaints I had heard. However, connectivity was a significant drawback for me, which could use some improvement.

We stayed in a Deluxe Suite cabin that was smaller than expected, but it offered a peaceful lakeside experience. The lack of certain amenities like a microwave or refrigerator was noticeable, but the beds were comfortable.

The lodge carries a historic charm, but the Wi-Fi in the lobby was quite poor. I heard they plan to upgrade it, which would be a relief.

The dining options were delightful, especially the Huckleberry Margarita, though we faced some waiting times. Overall, the experience was a mix of beauty and slight inconvenience due to the circumstances.
